RightWork prepares recommendations, drafts, and workflow actions. You remain responsible for every marketplace action, promise, proposal, price, and client relationship.
The service
RightWork helps you organize opportunities, evaluate observable job and client signals, prepare proof-grounded proposals, and manage pursuit and delivery workflows. Features may change over time.
Your account and data
Provide accurate account information, protect access to your sign-in method, and use only content you are permitted to process. Do not upload another person's credentials, payment data, confidential messages, or material you have no right to use.
Marketplace responsibility
RightWork is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Upwork. You are responsible for complying with marketplace rules and applicable laws. RightWork does not guarantee replies, interviews, projects, income, or a 4X result. Automated marketplace submission and messaging are not part of the service.
Plans and billing
Plan features and paid terms are shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Introductory prices and trials are limited to eligible first-time customers. Stripe processes payment details. Taxes may apply. Any refund or cancellation rights required by law continue to apply.
Fair use
Do not abuse, probe, disrupt, resell, reverse engineer, or use RightWork to send spam, misrepresent experience, scrape in the background, evade marketplace controls, or violate another person's rights. We may limit or suspend access to protect users and the service.
Service availability
RightWork may change or be interrupted. Recommendations can be incomplete or wrong, so review them before acting.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, RightWork is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. NEMO APP PTE. LTD. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. These terms are governed by Singapore law.
